All returns, other than for damaged goods or incorrect order shipments, are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for shipping costs on returns. Postage Due returns will not be accepted. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for any refused shipments, and shipping fees will not be credited. Embroidered sales are final and cannot be returned.

Items must be returned within 60 days of receipt. Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and original unused condition. Original manufacturer tags must be attached to all returned items. Laundered items will not be accepted for return. Any item subject to warranty repair or replacement from manufacturer must be sent directly to manufacturer. Do not return these items to Crestview Uniforms & Scrubs.
